Armenian Relief Society Sosse Kindergarten
Already, 20 children, aged 7, have gone on to the local public school from the Hatrout “Sosse” Kindergarten/Day Care Centre. The organization serves hot meals to children from 0-16 years old, once a week for 110 students in Zeitoun Nursery Orphanage in Artsakh. |
A.R.S. Armenian School A private, coeducational school from preschool to grade 12, offering the Ontario Ministry of Education curriculum with Armenian language/culture and history.

HOMENETMEN A handful of visionary Armenian immigrants got together in 1968 at the old Armenian Community Centre on Dupont St. at Avenue Rd. with a challenge to organize the growing number of Armenian youth in the Toronto area. In 1969 they received their Chapter Charter and elected their first Executive Committee. A men’s soccer team was formed as well as a Cub Pack and Scout Troop. Girls Scouting groups and other athletic teams soon followed.
